Yoga’s “Magic Four” Poses for Relaxation

Join us and Lisha Reynolds of Bliss Yoga RVA for an interactive yoga webinar. Lisha is the Founder of Bliss Yoga RVA and also a Certified Svaroopa® Yoga Teacher and Embodyment® Yoga Therapist. Lisha’s belief is that yoga has the power to help us reconnect with our true selves. She is passionate about helping guide people along this path of Self rediscovery. During this webinar, Lisha and will guide you through the "Magic Four" poses that you will be able to do at home and talk you through the techniques that will help you to relax and ease your mind.

If you plan to follow along with the class, please prepare to:
• eat one hour prior to event to prevent cramping or discomfort
• wear comfortable clothes you will be able to stretch in
• have blankets, pillows, quilts on hand - yoga mats are also acceptable
• have a chair (if possible) with no padding or back, so that you can put your legs through it
• use yoga blocks or soup cans (as an alternative to yoga blocks)
